Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check your size before you order. Every product page has Find My Size and a size guide to help.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for orders that have not shipped yet. To cancel your order and get a full refund, email us at againsttheoddzmgmt@yahoo.com with your order number before it ships.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.

Free gifts

Free gifts, like the free ATO beanie, have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
